Its heavy-duty compressor is paired with an extra-large evaporator to enable the True STG2RRI-2S refrigerator to hold temperatures accurately at a user-determined level between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. An evaporator fan with large blades and a self-lubricating cast iron motor create high-volume, low-velocity airflow in the cabinet to spread temperatures out evenly. For energy efficiency, this roll-in refrigerator is insulated with eco-friendly polyurethane foam.
