FAQ

Are you open to the general public?

Absolutely! Although most of our inventory is commercial grade, we do have a large variety of various appliances and necessities and highly encourage even someone new to the culinary arts to come visit us.

Do you deliver?

We deliver locally (within Clarksville, Tennessee) free of charge on new equipment!  The cost of out of town delivery varies based on distance. We calculate a delivery cost quote at the time of purchase based on the fuel required for transportation and labor.

Do you rent equipment?

We do not offer any rental equipment at this time. However, we have a vast collection of exceptional used equipment that is affordable and reliable.

Are you able to do custom cutting boards?

Yes! We are able to special order these to suit your needs.

Do I need to make an appointment for a consultation?

We do our best to accommodate any customer who visits us, but in order to ensure that you have adequate time to speak with one of our project coordinators, it would be best to contact us ahead of time. This will allow us to gather current information regarding your specific needs to offer the best guidance in making purchases.
